Estimates and quotes
All written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Estimates are based on conditions visible at the time of the on-site visit. If conditions discovered during the work materially change the scope (for example, hidden base failure, unforeseen drainage issues, or buried debris), we will discuss the change with you and put a written change order in place before continuing.
Scheduling and weather
Asphalt installation, sealcoating, and crack repair require specific weather and surface-temperature conditions to cure properly. We reserve the right to postpone or reschedule work when conditions are not suitable. We will give you as much notice as possible if weather forces a delay.
Site access and preparation
You agree to provide reasonable site access during scheduled work, including space for our equipment, asphalt trucks, and materials staging. You are responsible for clearing the work area of vehicles, personal items, and pets before the scheduled start time. Any property damage caused by a customer's failure to provide adequate access is the customer's responsibility.
Payment terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, residential projects require a deposit at scheduling and the balance is due upon completion of the work. Commercial projects are billed per the terms in the signed contract or estimate. Late payments may incur a service charge as permitted by Utah law.
Warranty
Our work is covered by the warranty terms stated in your project documents and on our Warranty page. The warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy for any defect in workmanship or materials supplied by 3H Paving.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Utah law, 3H Paving's total liability for any claim arising from a project or use of this website is limited to the amount paid by the customer for that project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

The content on this website — including text, photos, and design — is the property of 3H Paving or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish content from this site without our written permission, except as permitted by fair-use or similar legal doctrines.
